Program Administrator

Esperanza is an innovative alternative to incarceration program that seeks to reduce the number of youth who are placed outside of their homes, either through a delinquency case in family court or via an adult court case. Esperanza provides an intensive in-home family-based therapeutic intervention along with case and crisis management. We are currently seeking an extremely detail-oriented, focused individual to act as the Program Administrator. The Program Administrator supports case and court related functions and provides administrative support to staff. This position requires extensive computer work.

Responsibilities
• Proofread court reports for correct grammar, punctuation and spelling and back-up for sending to parties;
• Proofread and Transfer progress notes into the Connections system from internal database;
• Calendar court appearances and create weekly court schedule;
• Calendar and Monitor FASPs (Family Assessment and Service Plan) in Connections and other Connections-related tasks.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; related work experience also desirable

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills

  • Must demonstrate keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • Must have ability to multi-task

  • Experience with Connections preferred, not required

  • Experience with Excel and Outlook preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience with court-involved youth and/or in community-based organizations desirable

Salary

$38,000+ Commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits package.
