Part-Time Data Analyst
Seeking extremely detail-oriented and self-directed data analyst.
Esperanza is a community-based alternative-to-incarceration program working with young people who have cases in family and/or adult (Criminal/Supreme) court. We provide direct therapeutic services to youth and their families in their own homes and communities across the five boroughs of New York City. Building on our clients’ strengths, we help them work toward achieving their goals.
Esperanza is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to support the work of Esperanza in a variety of ways. The assistant will utilize internal and external databases to gather information, and to update and compile reports. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining internal programmatic data and performance measures. The assistant will also enter and clean justice system-related data.
Remote work possible once training completed.
Excel experience required; work experience managing databases and spreadsheets needed.
Salesforce experience a strong plus.
Significant organizational ability, attention to detail and quality control required
Demonstrated interest in criminal justice system reform a plus
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate student will be considered.
Salary: $30/hour, approximately 15-20 hours/month
